Biao Hong

Co-founder | Group Executive Chef

With a bachelor degree in Culinary Arts and Food Management at the prestigious Johnson & Wales University in New York, Biao has over 10-year of experience in top restaurants including Hilton Beijing, Daniel Boulud’s Maison Boulud a Pekin and three-Michelin-starred Daniel in New York City. He also actively involves in culinary exchange and competitions including gold medal at the renowned American Culinary Federation Championship and exchange with top chefs like David Kinch, Willment Leong, Chris Young, etc.

Kan Chen

Co-founder | Chief Executive Officer

With a master degree in Behavioural Studies and Economics at the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom, Kan also graduated from top culinary school, The Institute of Culinary Education New York then staged at three-Michelin-starred Daniel. He worked in global branding department at Walgreens Boots Alliance on corporate branding and marketing then joined GF Securities in 2016 responsible for numbers of investment project from IPO to financing, NEEQ list to merger and restructuring, focused on health and pharmaceutical.

Edward Suen

Co-founder | Chief Operating Officer

With a bachelor degree in Geography at Hong Kong Baptist University, Edward has 20-year experience in branding, marketing and public relations, specialized in luxury lifestyle across top international brands like Audi, SONY, Richemont Group, Martell Cognac, Hong Kong Jockey Club and more. In 2016, he graduated at Le Cordon Bleu London then joined Michelin-two-starred Ta Vie in both kitchen and service teams. Later he moved to its mother company, Global Link as Marketing Director, responsible for strategic planning, marketing communications, operation and guest experience; expanded the group from 4 brands, 6 outlets to 10 brands, 18 outlets in two years with a total of six Michelin stars from Tenku RyuGin, Ta Vie and Sushi Saito.

Patrick Wu

With a master degree in architecture at Cardiff University in the United Kingdom, Royal Institute of British Architects Part 2, Patrick is a seasoned architect served in world-renowned architect consultancies including Kengo Kuma & Asssociates and AIM Architecture, responsible for top class projects including Polytheatre: Shipyard 1862, Hongqiao International Convention Centre, Wuzhen Muxin Art Museum, Headquarters of Trustbridge Partners in Shanghai, Gentspace Shanghai Flagship Store, Zuczug Beijing store and more.
